Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place your Ninja appliance in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components that were included in the initial shipment.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
